As an AI Algorithm Developer, you'll design and develop advanced GenAI-driven algorithms that tackle complex problems across departments, harnessing data to create scalable, intelligent solutions.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement machine learning and GenAI algorithms across diverse business domains.
Leverage advanced data and AI methodologies to optimize organizational performance.
Work on NLP, LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, BERT), transformers, and other state-of-the-art technologies.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business units to bring AI innovation into production.

Requirements

BSc or MSc in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering).
Proven experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Deep understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning foundations.
Hands-on expertise in NLP, LLMs, and transformers (ChatGPT, BERT, etc.).
Solid grasp of LLM architecture and real-world applications.
Experience with popular ML/AI libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and more.
Demonstrated Deep Learning skills – including computer vision or speech recognition.
Strong problem-solving abilities and business-oriented thinking.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in the financial industry – a strong advantage.
