We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of BI & Analytics to lead the Business Intelligence and Analytics teams for one of our customers. This is a key leadership role that involves shaping and executing the data strategy, building a cutting-edge data ecosystem, managing and developing teams, and driving innovation through AI/ML integration.

What will you do?

✅ Lead BI, analytics, and data development teams while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

✅ Build a scalable, cloud-based data architecture to support real-time analytics and diverse data sources.

✅ Establish robust data governance and ensure data quality, lineage, and single sources of truth (SSOT).

✅ Drive a self-service data culture, making insights accessible and actionable across the organization.

✅ Define and track key metrics to measure the success of data initiatives.

✅ Partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, and Business to optimize performance and drive business impact.
