Data & BI Team Lead

We are looking for a dynamic Data & BI Team Lead! with a strong technology background, a passion for data, and the ability to turn insights into impactful business solutions. Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead and manage a high-performing Business Intelligence (BI) team of 5-8 professionals, including system analysts, developers, and QA specialists. 
• Lead the end-to-end development of DWH and BI systems, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and production 
• Collaborate with internal clients to prioritize tasks, optimize resource allocation, and manage project timelines effectively. 
• Engage with stakeholders across the bank to identify business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. 
• Engage technological innovation by introducing new tools and continuously improving existing processes. 
• Mentor and support team members, promoting their professional and personal development.

Requirements

Professional Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in managing technology teams, particularly in BI and data environments-must. 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing BI systems and ETL processes-must. 
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries and optimize performance-must. 
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Pyramid, or QlikView is advantageous-must. 
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading Agile projects.
